My fab daughter draws lines

on the mornings

between her and me.

We shake hands differently

with ourselves - daily 

when we plant our feet on the ground

after flying in the night of the dreams.

Morning codes - Mum!

And boy have I learned!

Step by step - Yes I do.

What would you not do for love?

We all need time to send our energy

back into our roots - inner selves,

to get specific in life

and living it open for all.

But ask yourself  -

are you really living it through 

with all our senses involved?

Life is forever and endlessly full  -

of options and choices,

to shake hands -

with the past and the future.

But 

- being present - 

is the key to a good day

opening to you morning after morning.
